Reuben is a PhD student in Law at the University of Westminster, having completed an LLB in Law at the University of Westminster and an MA in Philosophy at Birkbeck College, University of London.

 

Reuben’s academic career has focused on exploring romantic themes, with a particular emphasis on the nature and dynamics of romantic love and its opposition to the legal/real. As a result he takes an interdisciplinary approach to his work, drawing upon writings from philosophy, literature, psychoanalysis and legal theory.
